Prostaflow Ingredients: What We Know And Don't
Updated 2026
This is a short post, because Prostaflow tells you very little — and that's the story.
What we know
Prostaflow is a once-daily capsule marketed for prostate and urinary support. It names two ingredients: pumpkin seed extract and grape seed extract. Beyond that, it uses vague terms like "natural antioxidants," "herbal extract blend" and "vitamin support."
What we don't know
Everything that matters most: the doses. Prostaflow publishes no amounts and no full Supplement Facts panel, so there's no way to know whether any ingredient is present at a studied level or a token trace.
The evidence, briefly
Pumpkin seed and grape seed appear in some preliminary research for urinary and antioxidant support, but results depend heavily on dose and preparation. Without knowing Prostaflow's amounts, that research can't be applied to this product.
Why that's a problem
Without a panel you can't verify claims, confirm what you're taking, check for allergens, or judge value. It also means you and your doctor can't fully review interactions.
What to do
Ask customer support for the complete Supplement Facts panel with amounts before buying. Read it, ideally with a pharmacist or doctor. If the brand won't share it, treat that as a meaningful red flag.
